The Grow. Feed. Educate. Give Back Program™ takes each child on an organic learning journey through nature’s classroom as it grows & feeds us.

The 12 module program is based on the organic farming model of The Farm Byron Bay and offers a holistic approach to the lessons found on a working organic farm and beyond. The program is the first of its kind and is delivered by bachelor qualified teachers.
The program will guide learners through a series of real-world learning experiences on The Farm and create opportunities for those learnings to become home and community actions.

We bring organic learning & organic farming from The Farm Byron Bay to you.

The Next Generation Regenerators Planting Project

As part of our Give Back vision, for every children’s program sold a native tree is planted right here on The Farm Byron Bay. Children are the ‘Next Generation Regenerators’ learning the importance of land regeneration throughout the program. The planting project has been created to contribute to existing rainforest regeneration areas enhancing the biodiversity of the area, improving water quality & creating native wildlife corridors. We are very excited to have The Next Generation Regenerators part of this ongoing planting project — giving back to the earth, the community & the planet.

Emma Lane

Co-Founder The Farm Byron Bay

After a 15 year career in marketing and advertising in the UK and Sydney, Emma left the corporate world and Sydney behind to focus on raising her four children with her husband Tom and to foster her interest in health, well-being and nutrition. After considerable study, Emma received her health coach qualification from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. Armed with her new passion for growing, cooking and eating real food, a love of nature and the benefits organic farming, she and Tom created The Farm at Byron Bay. The Farm is a place for reconnecting and educating all age groups about food provenance and regenerative farming practices and hosts regular educational workshops for children, school groups and adults. This change in direction for Emma and Tom has been one of the most rewarding shifts in their lives. Their children have subsequently developed a deep love and connection to the land through the educational opportunities that The Farm project has cultivated.

'Our most valuable natural resource is in the education of our children, as they hold the future of the planet in their hands.'
